We decided on Paradise Sai World Retreat Villa in Lonavala for our retirement home. The 2 BHK duplexes are quite spacious, around 1290 square feet carpet area, which gives us plenty of room. It is ready to move in, which was a big plus as we did not want to wait for construction. The developer, Paradise Group, seems to have thought about a lot of amenities; the yoga and meditation area is something I plan to use daily, and the landscaping looks very peaceful. The price point felt reasonable for the space and location. My only slight concern is that the access road to the project feels a little narrow and dusty sometimes, especially during the monsoon season. Overall, it feels like a good place to settle down and relax.
