The location offedecent connectivity, though reaching the main highway might take a bit longer than expected. The project was completed in 2009, so it's quite established. I'm hoping the infrastructure around this area continues to develop. The availability of staff quarteis an interesting feature I hadn't seen elsewhere.

The only slight issue is that the nearby roads can get quite busy during school pick-up and drop-off times. But having the L V Prasad Eye Institute so close is also a relief.
