I bought a 3 BHK in Panchwati Icon, around 1755 square feet. The price was about 87 Lakhs, which felt reasonable for this location in Bariatu. Panchwati Buildehas a decent track record, so I am hopeful about timely possession in December 2029. The area has seen some development recently, and I expect good rental appreciation. I visited the site and the construction quality looks promising. The Vastu compliance is a nice touch. My only minor concern is the road leading to the project, it's a bit narrow and might get dusty during construction.

It's under construction, scheduled for completion in December 2029 by Panchwati BuildeThe location in Brila Bagan, Bariatu is developing well. We really liked the landscaping, flower garden, and the swimming pool. The soundproof generator for common areas is a thoughtful inclusion. Access to National Highway 33 is also a plus for our commutes. The only thing is parking might be an issue if they don't plan it well.

I appreciate the 24x7 security and intercom facilities. The Vastu compliant design is also important to me. The location is decent, being close to Ranchi Railway Station and close to D. A. V. School. However, the dust and noise from ongoing construction are quite noticeable at the moment.

The project is under construction and should be ready by December 2029. The developer, Panchwati Builde, seems reliable. The landscaping and tree planting are appealing for children. Also, the swimming pool and amphitheater are great additions. My only worry is the potential noise from nearby areas during construction and after. The location is good though, near National Highway 33.
