We bought a 3 BHK flat here at Panchwati Garden. The main reason was the proximity to D. A. V Public School Bariatu and Orchid Medical Centre, both are just a stone's throw away. The flat size is very comfortable, we got one around 2065 Sq.ft super builtup. Having 24x7 water supply and power backup is crucial for a family with young children. The 24x7 security provides a sense of safety. The landscaping is well done. My only concern is that the construction dust is still a bit noticeable from nearby ongoing work, but I expect that to settle down soon. The ready-to-move aspect was also very convenient for us.
