The 235 square yard plot area provides ample space. We appreciate the rainwater harvesting and water conservation systems in place. The Panchshil Group has a decent track record. However, the surrounding area can get quite busy during peak hou, leading to some traffic congestion. The price of 1.27 Crore onwards is a significant investment.
