I finally bought my own place here at Panchsheel Pinnacle. The location in Noida Extension, Sector 16B, seemed convenient enough for my commute to Sector 62 Metro Station, which is about 7 kilometeaway. I picked a 2 BHK flat which is around 780 square feet, a good size for one peon. The building is ready to move, completed in September 2020. They have a swimming pool and gymnasium which is nice. My only worry is the parking; it's closed car parking, but sometimes it feels a bit congested when people park haphazardly. Otherwise, the landscaping looks decent and it feels quite peaceful.

We were looking for a ready-to-move flat in Greater Noida and found Panchsheel Pinnacle. It’s in Sector 16B, Noida Extension. We liked the idea of a Vastu compliant home. We looked at a 3 BHK flat, the built-up area is around 780 square feet, which is decent for us and guests. The developer, Panchsheel Group, has included several amenities like a swimming pool, kid's pool, and a gymnasium. The construction was completed in September 2020. One thing that slightly botheus is the dust from the ongoing development in the surrounding areas, but we are hoping that will settle down soon. Overall, the layout is practical and the common areas look well-maintained.

It felt like a manageable size for a fit home. The project is ready to move, having been completed in September 2020 by Panchsheel Group. I liked that they have landscaping and tree planting, and a dedicated kid's pool. The community buildings are also a good feature. While the overall look is appealing, I did find the room sizes a little compact for a 555 square feet area. I am hoping this won't be an issue long term.
