I particularly liked the emphasis on security with 24x7 security peonnel and a dedicated security cabin. The availability of a gymnasium and swimming pool are added benefits. My only concern is the access road; it felt a bit narrow during my last visit and could be an issue during peak houOtherwise, the Vastu compliant design is a plus.
