I was impressed by the amenities like the modern rooftop garden and the community hall. The carpet area is 439 Sq.ft, which is enough for me. PANCHDEEP PROPERTIES RTIES TIES IES ES S has assured completion by December 2026. The location in Madhyamgram, Harish Nagar, is developing nicely. A slight concern for me is that the narrow lane leading to the project might be difficult for larger vehicles.
