The location in Parijat Nagar near Gangapur Road is quite convenient, close to many places like the hospital and schools. Mahalaxmi Surana & Fortune Group have been in the business for a while, which gives me some confidence. I liked the idea of a gated community with 3 tier security. The amenities like the gym and yoga deck are also a nice bonus.
