It's ready to move in, which was a major factor for us. The developer, Palm Infra Group, has provided good facilities like a children's play area and ample car parking. However, the traffic on Amar Shaheed Path can get quite heavy during office hou, which is a minor inconvenience when we go out. The landscaping and tree planting do make the surroundings pleasant. We are happy with the overall atmosphere and the club house facilities.
