Getting the kids settled into Amity International School was our priority, and Palm Ardee City 3 is nearby, which is fantastic. We bought a 3 BHK here, it's ready to move in which saved us a lot of time. The apartment itself is 2160 Sq.ft built up, giving us plenty of room. My wife likes the idea of living closer to Paras Hospitals too, just in case. Construction seems solid, though we haven't faced any major issues yet. The only downside is the metro station is quite far at nearly nearby, which is a bit inconvenient for me when I travel alone. Overall, a good choice for families.

I'm based abroad and was looking for a comfortable, ready-to-move-in apartment for my parents in Gurgaon. Palm Ardee City 3 in Sector 52, Central Gurgaon, came recommended. The 3 BHK configuration at 2160 Sq.ft built up offeample space for them. It's reassuring that it's ready to move, so they could settle in immediately after I finalized the purchase. The proximity to Amity International School and Paras Hospitals is a plus for their convenience and healthcare needs. My only concern is the lack of information regarding the Occupation Certificate (OC) received status; I hope Palm Floohas all the necessary approvals in place. The price of 3.0 Cr onwards is significant, but given the location and size, it felt justified for a secure investment for my parents.

We finally moved into Palm Ardee City 3 last month after a long wait. My husband is in the government and the location in Central Gurgaon, Sector 52, is quite convenient for his office. We got a 3 BHK apartment, which is a good size at 2160 Sq.ft built up. It feels spacious enough for our family. The lifts are working well so far. My only concern is the traffic getting out onto Golf Coue Extension Road during peak hou; it can be quite congested. Other than that, the project seems decent for the price point, which was around 3.0 Cr. We are hoping the surrounding area develops further with more amenities soon.

My parents liked the overall feel of the project and the fact that there are lifts available. The price point starting at 3.0 Cr was at the higher end of my budget, but I managed. One thing I noticed is that the surrounding area seems a bit dusty, possibly due to ongoing developments. I hope Palm Flooaddresses this. Overall, I'm cautiously optimistic about my fit investment.

The apartment is a 3 BHK with 2160 Sq.ft built up area, which is more than I need right now, but I figured I'd grow into it. It's ready to move in, which was a huge relief as I didn't want to deal with ongoing construction. Being in Sector 52, Central Gurgaon, means I'm relatively close to major roads like Golf Coue Extension Road. However, the price is quite steep, starting at 3.0 Cr, which was a stretch for me. Also, the lift service can be a bit slow during busy mornings. It’s a decent place, but the cost is a significant factor.
