The size is 1068 sq.ft super builtup area, which should be comfortable for them. I chose this location in Socorro, North Goa, because it's close to the church and not too far from NH-17. The gated community with security guards gives me peace of mind knowing they will be safe. The price of 54.57 Lakh onwards was within my budget. The internal roads and footpaths are well laid out.
