The 2 BHK flat size around 900 sq.ft felt spacious enough for one peon or a small family. The budget of 41.1 Lakhs to 46.15 Lakhs was manageable for me. The location in Ram Nagar South, Madipakkam is quite convenient, with essential places nearby. I was a bit concerned about the dust from ongoing construction in nearby plots, but the project itself seems well-maintained. The lift and 24x7 water supply are essential amenities that are provided. I also appreciate the car parking facility available. The area is developing, which is a positive sign for future value.

However, we are slightly concerned about the noise levels from the main road, especially during the day. It is a busy area.
