The project by Pal Real Group is ready to move, having been completed in March 2013. The amenities like landscaping and 24x7 security are fundamental. Its proximity to NH-8 is a major plus for logistics and connectivity. However, the absence of OC received might be a concern for some buyeseeking immediate loan approvals from all banks, though it wasn't an issue for my purchase. The area is developing, and I see good potential for appreciation.

The only minor issue is the parking availability when we visited the site; it seemed a bit limited if many people are around. However, the plots themselves are well-sized for building a compact house. We are seriously considering booking here.
