The location in Satara Parisar is convenient for us because Beed Bypass Road is easily accessible, cutting down our commute time significantly. Having Nath Valley School and United CIIGMA Hospital so close is a major plus, almost zero travel time for emergencies or school runs. The row house itself feels spacious enough for the two of us. Water supply has been consistent, which is a relief. The only minor issue is that some internal roads around the project can get a bit dusty during dry weather. Overall, it's a decent place for young professionals looking for something ready to move.
