We decided to book a 3 BHK unit at Pagadala Revanta because it is located reasonably close to the Next Gen International School. My children go to school nearby so this saves a lot of travel time every morning. The layout is quite spacious at 1570 Sq.ft which works well for our family of four. Pagadala Constructions is building a nice swimming pool and gymnasium which my kids are already excited about. Construction is currently underway and we are hoping they stick to the timelines. One minor concern I have is that the area is still developing so there is a bit of construction dust in the air right now. Otherwise, we feel comfortable with our choice and looking forward to moving in once the project is finished.
