The location in Bowrampet, North Hyderabad, is convenient and offegood connectivity to the Nehru Outer Ring Road and Hyderabad-apur Road. I've opted for a 3 BHK apartment, which has a saleable area of approximately 1201 to 1363 square feet, providing ample space for them. Pagadala Constructions has ensured essential amenities like closed car parking and a sewage treatment plant are available, which are important for their comfort and security. The price range of 45.35 Lakh to 62.7 Lakh is acceptable, considering it is a ready-to-move property. My parents did mention that the dust from nearby ongoing construction in the wider vicinity can be a bit botheome sometimes, but they are managing. Overall, it seems like a safe and comfortable choice for them.

The budget of 45.35 Lakh was achievable for me, and it’s a ready-to-move-in property, which was a priority. Pagadala Constructions has provided basic necessities like 24x7 water supply and power backup. The location is decent, with Oakridge International School nearby, although Bachupally is still a short drive away. I found the overall construction quality to be good during my visits. However, the parking area seemed a little cramped, especially if you have a larger vehicle or multiple caIt’s something to consider, but for a fit home, it feels like a solid option. The price is within my initial expectations.
