Being ready to move was a big plus for us, we didn't want to wait too long after the final payment. The location in Kharmanghat, South Hyderabad is decent, close enough to LB Nagar. The 24x7 water supply is reliable, which is important. Power backup is also functional. The price point was within our budget for the space we got. Overall, it's a solid property for the money.

Gleneagles AWARE Hospital is also very close by, which gives us peace of mind. The construction quality looks good. The only slight issue is that the traffic on the main road can get a bit heavy during peak hou, but it's manageable given the convenience.
