The villas are ready to move, and we found the 3 BHK carpet area between 823 to 883 square feet quite spacious. Padmanabh BuildeAnd Developehave included features like water conservation and rainwater harvesting, which is good planning. The internal roads and footpaths are well-made. My only real worry is the traffic on Paithan Road during peak hou, it can get quite congested. Other than that, it feels like a peaceful place to settle down. The size of the villas is quite good for the price.
