We finally bought our own flat in Padmadeep Pearl Heritage after renting for yeaIt's a ready to move property which was a priority for us. The location on Umred Road is decent, not too far from where we work. The Rain Water Harvesting system is something we appreciate, being environmentally conscious. It's nice that they have a gymnasium on site so we don't need a separate membehip. The whole complex cove7 Acres and has 7 towewith 7 flooeach. The only small issue is that the parking can feel a little cramped if you have a larger vehicle. We hope the maintenance charges remain reasonable.
