It’s a manageable size for me. The proximity to both Espalier The Experimental School and Progenesis Fertility Center at zero distance is remarkable, providing easy access to important facilities. The project being ready for immediate occupation was a significant factor in my decision. Padma Buildcon is the developer. While the location is excellent, I've noticed some traffic noise from the nearby main road, which can be a bit botheome at times. Nevertheless, the convenience is hard to beat.
