We chose a 3 BHK villa at Pacifica Sanguine Estates, with a plot area of 7200 sq.ft. The main reason was the ample space and the proximity to a children's play area and gymnasium, which are great for our kids. Being ready to move was very convenient. The project is located in Village Fangdi, Sanand. While the environment is serene, reaching schools can take a bit longer than we initially expected. The landscaping is beautiful, and there is plenty of greenery. The developer, Pacifica BuildePvt Ltd, has done a decent job with the common areas. Parking is generally okay, but during peak times, it can get a little crowded.
