The design of the villas is quite appealing, and the availability of a basketball court and gymnasium was a major draw for us. We opted for a 4 BHK villa with a plot area of around 1947 sq.ft, which felt like a good balance for our needs and budget. Living here means we are close to many facilities, including BAPS Shastriji Maharaj Hospital which is nearby. The project is ready to move, which suited our timeline perfectly. The community has a good vibe, and the Vastu compliant design was a nice touch. The price was around 1.25 Cr for our unit. We do find the car parking area a bit congested though.
