We needed a comfortable home in Vadodara and found this project. Pacifica Casa Lakeside Phase 1 is conveniently located near Bil Village, which is good. The 3 BHK flat we looked at had a decent layout. It's ready to move in, which suited our timeline. The nearby VIBGYOR High School is a big plus for our kids. My husband liked the proximity to BAPS Shastriji Maharaj Hospital too, for emergencies. One thing that concerned me was the traffic on Old Padra Road during peak hou; it can get quite congested. Overall, it seems like a solid option for a family home. The developer is Pacifica BuildePvt Ltd.
