I opted for a 4 BHK villa which is quite large, around 2782 square feet, providing plenty of space for guests and work. The security is top-notch with 24x7 guards and intercom. The mini theatre and spa in the clubhouse are fantastic for unwinding after a long week. It's ready to move, which saved me a lot of hassle. The only drawback I've noticed is that parking within the villa complex can be a bit tight if you have multiple vehicles visiting frequently. Still, the overall lifestyle offering is great.

My only minor concern is the traffic on OMR during peak hou, but that's standard for Chennai. Overall, a good move for us.
