We needed a larger home for our growing family and Pacific Rose offered 3 BHK apartments with built-up areas up to 1100 Sq.ft. The proximity to schools is a key reason we considered this project. It's also reasonably close to Kavi Nazrul Metro Station, nearby, which is good for commuting. The price for a 3 BHK was around 34 Lakh, which we felt was acceptable for the space and location. The children's play area is a definite bonus for the kids. We did notice some traffic noise from Netaji Subash Chandra Bose Road, but it's manageable given the other advantages.
