SBOA School & Junior College is nearby, which is perfect for our children. The flat is 1175 Sq.ft built up, offering much more space than our current rental. LAKSHI REALTOLTOTOOS has made it ready to move, so we can shift soon. The location in Anna Nagar, Z Block is quite central. We liked the paved compound and the landscaping. One thing we noticed is that the area can get quite dusty sometimes, being close to developing parts. We are paying 1.88 Crore onwards, which is a significant investment for us, but the amenities like 24x7 water supply and power backup are essential.
