After a long career, I wanted a peaceful place to settle down. Pace Aagam offered exactly that. The landscaping and tree planting provide a serene environment. Being a gated community with 24x7 security gives a sense of safety. The flat size of 1632 Sq.ft is more than enough for my needs. It's ready to move, which meant I could settle in quickly without any construction delays. The only downside is the distance to some of the main shopping areas, requiring a bit of travel. Water storage and 24x7 water supply are reliable amenities.
