I picked up a 1 BHK in P S Residency as an investment property. The flat is 620 square feet and was priced at 62 Lakhs. The project by PS Developewas completed back in January 2015, which means it’s a stable asset now. The location offegood connectivity via Pune-Nashik National highway and Alandi Road, which is beneficial for potential renteThe amenities like the gym and lift are standard. My main concern is the lack of OC received, which might affect future resale value or rental agreements if regulations tighten. However, for the current market, the rental demand in this developing area seems promising.

We purchased a 1 BHK flat in P S Residency for my parents who live in Pune. They needed something ready to move in, and this project was completed in January 2015 so it was perfect. The size is 620 square feet, which is comfortable for two people. My mother likes the idea of the garden area and the solar lighting for common areas. Getting here from the airport is also quite convenient as it's not too far from the main roads. The main concern is the commute for my father to his club, the roads around Charholi Budruk can get congested during peak houOverall, the price point of 62 Lakhs seemed fair for the amenities offered.

My husband and I were looking for a decent 2 BHK in Pune and found P S Residency. The 800 square feet built-up area is quite good for us. We liked the children's play area, although we don't have kids yet, it's good for future. The location in Charholi Budruk is okay, close to the Pune-Nashik National highway, which helps with our commute to work. The price range of 62 Lakhs to 80 Lakhs is a bit high for the area, in my opinion, and the parking is closed car parking which can be a bit tight for guests. We are still considering it, but the construction quality looks solid.

We chose P S Residency primarily because of its proximity to RKL Galaxy International School, which is nearby. My kids will be able to go to school easily. We bought a 2 BHK flat which is 800 square feet. The complex has a good garbage disposal system and also solid waste management, which is important for a family. The garden and landscaping are well done. The only downside is the dust from the nearby construction and roads, it’s quite noticeable. We also wish the Kasarwadi Metro station was closer than nearby. However, the overall amenities like fire sprinkleand 24/7 security are reassuring for us.

As I am relocating for work at K K CARE Hospital, which is nearby, P S Residency seemed like a logical choice. I looked at a 2 BHK unit, 800 square feet, and it felt spacious enough. The proximity to the hospital was the biggest draw. I also appreciated the availability of 24/7 water supply and security, which are essential. The landscaping and tree planting around the complex are nice touches. My only hesitation is the lack of OC received information, which makes me slightly uneasy about the long-term legal standing. Still, it is ready to move and the price is within my budget.
