We were looking for a ready-to-move-in villa in Goa, and P D Kamat Countryside seemed like a good option. The villas are 3 BHK and start from 2003 square feet, which is plenty of space for us and future family plans. We liked the idea of the children's play area; maybe for when we have kids. Being a gated community is a plus for safety. The price is around 1.08 Crore to 1.17 Crore. One small thing is the road leading to the property can get a bit dusty during dry weather, but that’s common in many places here. Overall, it’s a nice place to settle down.
