This project in Korattur Village, Chennai West, fits the bill. The proximity to Bhaktavatsalam Vidyashram CBSE (just 0.1 km) and Korattur Bus Station (0.5 km) is very appealing for accessing amenities and transport. The 1200 Sq.ft plot is a good size for building a comfortable home. The starting price of 42 Lakhs was within my expected range. My only reservation is the lack of information regarding completion and OC received. It would have been better to have those details upfront. The P B Padmanabhan developer seems to be active in this region.
