It’s close to essential places like Sofort International School, which is a short distance, and Kauvery Hospital is also quite near. I’m looking at a 2 BHK flat. The area feels lively and convenient for daily needs. I've heard from a friend that the building quality is usually good with this developer. The main road access could be a little better, as you have to take a smaller layout road to get there. But for a fit-time buyer, it feels like a solid start.
