SBOA School & Junior College is right next door, literally zero kilometeaway, which is a huge relief for us. We looked at the 2 BHK flat, which has a carpet area of 756 square feet. It feels spacious enough for our family of three. The metro station is also very close, just about 0.17 kilomete, making commutes easier. The closed car parking is also a good feature. Overall, the location is very convenient for daily life and emergencies given MGM Healthcare is also at nearby. We are happy with the decision.
