We finally bought our own 2.5 BHK apartment at Ozone. After renting for yea, we wanted more space and a permanent home. This project by M L Developein Dwarka, Nashik Road, has good connectivity to the highway. The price range for the configurations, starting from 43.5 L, was manageable for us. We really liked the landscaping and tree planting around the complex. The jogging track is a great facility for our morning runs. My only concern is the dust from the nearby construction sites, which can be a bit botheome sometimes. We are looking forward to moving into our new home soon.
