We were looking for a ready-to-move property in Chennai North and Oyester Thamaraivanam fit the bill. The 2 BHK apartments are reasonably sized, with the larger ones around 945 square feet built up. It is located very close to the Chennai Anantpur highway, which is convenient for transport. The budget was also within our range, starting from 25.38 Lakh. One thing we noticed is that the interior roads leading to the project can get a bit dusty during dry weather, which is common in this part of the city. Overall, the Oyester Homes Chennai Pvt Ltd project seems decent for the price point and location advantages.

It's ready to move, which was a huge plus. The location is convenient; Be Well Hospital Ambattur is a short distance, and the Thirumullaivoyal railway station is also close by, making commuting easier. The price for this size was around 33 Lakh. The only downside we’ve noticed is that the area can get noisy sometimes due to traffic from the nearby highway.
