We were looking for a ready-to-move flat and found Oxy Beaumonde Phase 2. The location in Mhada Colony, Viman Nagar is quite convenient. It's good that they have a garbage disposal system and landscaping. We looked at the 2 BHK which has a carpet area of 734 Sq.ft. The price point of around 1.33 Cr seemed reasonable for a government salary. The community buildings are a nice touch for residents. Parking is adequate for now, but we will see how it gets with more people moving in. Overall, a decent option for us.
