We decided to buy in Othello Valencia Emeritus primarily because of its excellent location for our children. Ambe School Manjalpur is literally nearby, which means no more stressful school runs. BAPS Shastriji Maharaj Hospital is also right next door, providing peace of mind. The project is ready to move, which was a big plus for us as we didn't want to wait. Othello Developeis the builder, and they seem to have a good track record. The Vadsar area is developing nicely. Our only slight worry is the distance to Rapid Travels, which is over 4 kilometeaway, but that's a minor inconvenience for us. We are happy with the decision to move here.
