I picked a 3 BHK apartment, approximately 2180 sq.ft, as I wanted extra space. The price was around 1.25 Cr. I liked the badminton court and the swimming pool; good facilities for relaxation. The location near Sabari School is good, though getting to the main road involves a short stretch that can be dusty sometimes. The developer, Othello Develope, seems to have a decent track record. The parking facility is also quite large.
