We were looking for a place with good connectivity for the kids' school. Montfort School Nagpur is just a short distance, which is perfect. We bought a residential plot of 1372 Sq.ft at Oshian City. The price was around 17.16 L, which felt reasonable for the location on Wardha Road. It's close to the highway too, so getting around Nagpur is easier. The storm water drains seem well-planned, which is important during the monsoon. My only concern is that the area can get a bit dusty during construction phase, but since it's ready to move, hopefully that's less of an issue now. The recreation facilities are a nice touch for weekend relaxation.
