It is ready to move, and the overall construction quality seems robust. Orris Infrastructure has included good facilities like a cricket pitch and tennis court, which my family enjoys. The connectivity is excellent with the Dwarka Expressway Link road being nearby. My only minor complaint is the dust from ongoing construction in the wider area, which is common in New Gurgaon. However, the landscaping within the complex helps mitigate this. The property feels quite luxurious.
