I recently moved into Orris Aster Court in Sector 85. The 2 BHK apartment is approximately 1350 square feet, which is a comfortable size for my needs. The split AC units in the apartment are a nice touch. The connectivity is quite good, with both Dwarka Expressway and National Highway 48 just 3 kilometeaway. My primary concern is the dust and construction noise from nearby ongoing projects, which can be quite botheome during the day. However, the security and the availability of car parking are adequate. The overall price was acceptable for the amenities.
