    We are relocating to Lucknow and chose Oro Dynasty primarily for its proximity to Medanta Super Speciality Hospital, which is nearby. This convenience is a huge factor for us. The 2 BHK apartment we selected has a built-up area between 1320 Sq.ft and 1380 Sq.ft. The price was around 1.40 Cr. The project is still under construction, expected to finish by June 2031. I do have a slight concern about the traffic on Sultanpur Road during peak hou, as it can get quite busy. However, the availability of a children's play area and a swimming pool is great for our family.
