We finally decided on Orjet Om Mangalya for our fit home. The 3 BHK villa layout seemed practical for us starting out. It's around 1710 square feet builtup area which feels spacious enough. The location in Vatva, South East Ahmedabad is developing, and it's close to the Seventh Day Adventist Higher Secondary School, which is important. We visited the site a few times, and the construction looked decent. The Orjet Mangalaya Infrastructure team was available to answer our questions. It feels like a good starting point for our family. We are still waiting on the official possession date confirmation but are hopeful.
