The project offenumerous sports facilities like a tennis court, basketball court, and a gymnasium, which are attractive to potential tenants. The proximity to Narayana Hospital and Calcutta Public School adds to its appeal. My main reservation is that the building looks a bit dated now, given it was completed a decade ago. Still, the consistent demand in Madurdaha could make it a stable investment.

We purchased a 3 BHK apartment in Orion Pearl for my parents who live in Kolkata. Being an NRI, it was important for me that the project was already completed and ready to move in. It was handed over back in January 2014, so it's a settled project. The size of the flat is a good 1049 square feet built up, which is ample space for them. They really appreciate the landscaped gardens and the community hall for gatherings. The nearby Kalikapur area is just a minute away, making daily errands easy. The Kavi Sukanta Metro Station is also very close, just a 4-minute ride, which is convenient for them to travel. My parents mentioned the construction quality seems robust. The Kavi Sukanta Metro Station being a short distance is also very convenient for commuting across the city.
