The apartment is ready to move in, which was a huge plus as we didn't want to wait. Zenith Super Specialist Hospital is also right next door, which gives us peace of mind. The 924 square feet built-up area is decent for our family. We are paying around 27.72 Lakh for our flat. While the location is excellent for daily needs and emergencies, the traffic on Barrackpore Trunk Road can get quite heavy during peak houWe are still settling in, but the basic amenities like lift and security are functional.
