I'm buying a place for my parents in Orchid Ivy, Central Gurgaon. They wanted something comfortable and secure, and this project seemed suitable. The 3.5 BHK units at 2340 Sq.ft built up are a good size for them. The price of 2.99 Cr is reasonable for the area. Having 24x7 water supply and power backup is crucial as they are elderly. The gated community and 24x7 security give me peace of mind while I'm abroad. The location in Sector 51 is close to Medharbour Multispeciality Hospital which is a big plus. My only worry is that they might find the building a bit quiet as it's low-rise and the community feels small. But overall, it's a good move.

The community of low-rise apartments is appealing. It's nice that they have 24x7 security and CCTV surveillance. The proximity to Sohna Road and Golf Coue Road, both nearby, is convenient for travel. However, the traffic can get quite heavy on Sohna Road during peak hou, which is a minor concern. The landscaped garden is a pleasant addition for evening walks. Overall, it's a comfortable place to live.
