The price point of 1.35 Crore onwards was manageable for us after considering our savings and a home loan. The fact that it's ready to move in meant we could plan our relocation immediately without any construction delays. We liked the inclusion of a senior citizen sit-out, which will be useful for my parents when they visit. The 24x7 water supply is also a relief. We did notice that the construction dust from nearby ongoing work was a bit noticeable during our site visit, but we assume that will clear up soon. This project by Landmarks Orchid Infra feels solid.
