    We are upgrading from our rental flat and decided on a 3 BHK in Orchid Estate. The built-up area is substantial, between 1400 to 1500 square feet, offering much more space than we have now. The location in Ashok Nagar is very appealing, with IRIS MULTISPECIALITY HOSPITAL just minutes away. We were also impressed with the range of amenities like 24x7 security and CCTV surveillance, plus power backup which is crucial. The price range of 39.99 Lakh to 86.86 Lakh seemed reasonable for the space and location. The construction quality appeasolid. One drawback we noticed is the traffic congestion on Ashok Nagar Road during school pick-up and drop-off times, which might be a daily hassle.
