As a business owner, my time is valuable, so the ready-to-move-in status of Orchid Divine was a big plus. The 3 BHK configurations offered by Goyal & Co. & HN Safal provide ample space for a growing business family. I appreciate the rainwater harvesting system and the overall gated community setup for security. The proximity to the SP ring road west is also beneficial for transport links. While the construction quality looks good, the traffic can be a bit heavy during peak houon the main road approaching the project.

We are upgrading from our rental place and looked at various options. Orchid Divine by Goyal & Co. & HN Safal caught our eye with its ready-to-move-in status and the 1425 Sq.ft size for our 3 BHK. The landscaped gardens and tree planting give it a pleasant feel. We also liked the idea of having power backup, which is crucial. Shalby Hospitals being nearby is a comfort for emergencies. The only slight downside is the pricing, which was a bit higher than we initially budgeted for.
