The proximity to BM Birla Heart Hospital is very convenient for me. It's also not too far from Taratala Metro Station, which will be useful for getting around the city. The 3 BHK configuration is quite large at 2600 sq.ft, offering plenty of space. The price was around 2.34 Crore. My main concern is that it is still under construction and the completion date of December 2018 has passed. I hope the remaining work finishes soon. The security guards and power backup are standard but reassuring.
